This is a question i have been unable to find the answer to and i was hoping that somebody here would know.
Previously (ie PS2) games from other continents (not europe in my case), have been unplayable without an illegal chipped console due to europe being PAL territory and for example the USA being something other than PAL.
However with the PS3 i can download from my european PS3 games from both the USA and Japanese stores. Does this mean i can buy games from the USA and play them on my European PS3 or is it still PAL teritory not allowing it? I ask because i would like to play UT3 but it is currently not avaliable in Europe. If somebody has the answer please give it.
