I've searched google for help on this and a few other forums...well, one...and so far have drawn a blank.
The problem is this. I'm running my internet connection through a T-Mobile dongle. However the dongle does not work through the PS3.
So, having connected the PS3 to the PC with a cable and reformatted the PS3 to the factory settings I still came back with a fail.
Do I need a DHCP name? A Proxy server name? Or is there just no way it's going to happen with a dongle? Even this would be preferable to arsing about with my settings every night.
