PS3 question

Does the PS3 or PS3 slim come with a HDMI chord? Or do you have to buy one?

I had to buy one with mine, but i'm pretty stupid, since I play my games on a CRT and use my LCD for strictly adult stuff like watching porn.

before confusing ensues, yes I bought a HDMI cable even though I play my shit on a CRT, I am captain Pointless of the SS Retarded.

you have to buy one just like every other system with an HDMI port

tho you can find some pretty cheap ones, do NOT buy a $60+ dollar one, you can find them for a lot cheaper, amazon has them for like $5

When I worked in a game shop (a year ago, in Ireland mind) it didn't come with. You bought it seperately.

I don't think so - they definitely didn't used to. But they're pretty cheap anyway, it's not worth buying one of the more expensive ones, as far as I'm aware there's very little difference.

Mine came bundled with an accessories pack that had one, but I had a better one anyway.

It does not come with one. You can get a HDMI cable (or any cable for that matter) from: http://www.monoprice.com

Just watch what you click on. You don't need Plenium grade cable for going from a PS3 to your TV. (Plenium is for use in walls)

oh and for those also wondering, when your nephews damage your PS3 power cord beyond repair, don't go out and buy a new one.

Just get a kettle power cord, shove a 5 amp fuse in it, and bingo, PS3 power supply!

Thanks for the heads up you guys. That's weird that they don't come with one. I mean you'd think a blue ray player would come with the appropriate cord to play blue rays correctly. But oh well. I have a couple more weeks to save up
