on my third attempt it downloaded and installed, the download was slow, but i suppose millions are trying to download this file at the same time

According to http://blog.eu.playstation.com/ sony are annoucing when each europe region goes back online on twitter. So it looks us europeans just going a bit more patience as it looks like we will be able to sign in at some point today.

It's back up for me...my League and i got through 2 raids last night...Kahndaq, and the Outer Batcave...and i'm lovin' m'new mask, and already got to buy a new piece of m'tier 2 Armor....*sigh* i missed my DCUO...
