PSN friend list wipe!

So, I just turned on my ps3 and my friend list is gone! I've not played in forever since pokemon is out but yeah, it just happened. I had checked the demos a few days ago and it was still there. Anybody else have this happen to you?

Mine is fine. Sometimes my friend list will fail to load if my internet is being a bit crap (which is most of the time) so that could be your problem.
