PSN Profile help

Hello there, children.

I need your help with something on these very forums.

You see, I'd like to have my PSN profile up on my, well... profile, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to work. I tried it before, and it successfully found my profile and posted it, but other than the name, everything else was missing: no profile pic, no trophies, no level, nothing.

So, after a couple of days with no change, I removed it, and gave it another go. This time, it can't find my profile at all:

I'm sorry, no PSN profile was found by that name. Please doublecheck that you entered in your handle correctly and try again.

Any advice as to why this seems to be happening?

That was my initial thought, but when it first found my account, the PSN was still down. It missed all its details, but it did find it. Now, not even that.

If it's any consolation mine isn't working either. We can only wait until PSN is fully up and see if it comes back.

That was most definitely the problem. I managed to update my profile successfully. Thank you again for your help.
