I really need help.
I started playing my PSP this morning, and everything was fine. However, when I saw the battery was low, I shut it off and set it to charge while I made breakfast. When I got back the battery was still low and hadn't charged at all, and it was still at 6% charge. I removed the battery to see what was wrong, and when I put it back in, it didn't work at all. Any ideas what went wrong?

Maybe the charger is damaged. Happens to me with my phone and I-pod chargers often. Try replacing the charger and if that don't work... get a new psp?

It might not be starting because the battery is completely drained, don't panic just yet.

Try pluging in the adapter to a different power source first and confirm the light on the PSP is changing. This will remove faulty wall socket/not plugged in correctly from the equation.

If it still doesn't work try to get another PSP and an adapter (a friend's, neighbour's, etc) and try charging each other's systems and swapping batteries. This will let you know if your adapter or your battery is broken.

If your adapter/wall socket/battery all work fine with a different PSP then your PSP is broken. Either the system inside (bricked) or the adapter connection (maybe fixable).

Good luck
