Psp go games.

I am looking for a good value for money game on my brand spanking new psp.

I was looking at the RPG's, since there known for being long ass games. The thing is they all seem to be JRPG, (which I have no problem with, FFX is one of my all time fav games) the thing is I have never played any of them that are on the PSP. Are any of them close to FFX? Do I need to play the first to understand the second? Are they all dubbed ('cos I hate sub titles)? Etc

Are there any other games I should definitely get? Or at least take a look see at?

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I have bloodlines and I am getting both MGS games.

And I am all set for driving games, I got 10 free games about 7 of them were driving.

Personally right now I'm tackling Space Invaders Extreme (brilliant update of the original) and Final Fantasy VII, which I downloaded from the Store.

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is kind of an RPG. You can easily put hundreds of hours into it and not collect everything or max out your base, and you can level up people you recruit.

If you want value for your money, I can recommend Persona 3 Portable.
It´s a JRPG, with which you appear to be okay, that´s REALLY long and really well done. It also requires no knowledge of Persona 1 or 2 at all.

Though you might want to read a review or two.
It´s a bit different from FFX (set in modern times, different battle sys etc.)

Really, you could just get Disgaea and never have to buy another game again. It's an SRPG with a level cap of 9999, and there are parts where you need all of them.

Definitely get the Persona games. But start with Persona 3 Portable, not Persona 1. You can play that next. I say this because P3P is a LOOOOOOONNGG-ASS game (or at least its console predecessor was, spent almost 100hrs on it.)

Though some have said (and I have to agree) that with the Persona series there is quite a bit of "J" in the "JRPG" if you see what I mean.

So go for it if you don't mind that.

Edit: don't misunderstand, I just got hold of P3P and haven't gotten more than half-way through, but so far it follows its PS2 equivalent almost to the letter.

Aw crap PSP go? Well Birth By Sleep, Bof3, Crisis Core, Star Oean 1&2, FF1&2 remakes aren't on the PSN. Yea if you have a go, you get pretty shafted when it comes to a lot of good games that for one stupid reason or another aren't on the PSN.

Seraph is pretty much the go to person for PSP game info here! always a good list.

I have the PSP GO and this week I bought Ys Seven and the game is alot of fun, is an action RPG but the controls, graphics and gameplay are top knotch and it is so much fun.. highly recomended.

Other than that Seraphs list has it all and almost all are available on the PSN for the Go (Kingdom Hearts isnt, stupid Disney is anti-digial media) but of that list Persona 3 Portable and Crimson Gem Saga are probably my favorites.

I also bought the PSOne classic shoot em up R-Type Delta for it and thats a good buy for 5 bucks...plus its playable on a PS3 too.
