Punkbuster Bans

So recently I lent my friend my BC 2 account to let him try and the jackass uses detected hacks and gets a hardware GUID ban on my account so I have a paper weight now, but thats beside the point. Are PB bans universal across all games? Like I want to buy BF 3, but will my BC 2 ban affect that in anyway? Would I still be able to play it?

There are several types of banning. To my knowledge, the only way to be banned from all punkbuster games is to be globally banned.

And you have to do some serious shit to get a global ban (You have to actually attempt to compromise Punkbuster software to get a global ban).

EDIT: To be honest though, this is an issue you really want to take up with Punkbuster itself.

Yeah I figured it out. Sent a support ticket and its only for the cd key that game is registered with. So I am in the clear!
