Purchase update

So, when did you buy your last game(s), and what was it?

I got "Army of Two", "Army of Two: The 40th Day" and "Dynasty Warriors: Gundam" last week.

I pre-ordered Skyrim and bought Doom2(I couldn't find the Doom2 copy in my house :[) off steam 3days ago. Before that it was BF3 opening day.

I've bought less games as the generation has gone on. I owned every Insomniac game ever released, but I haven't bought their last 2 simply because I've played enough of them. It was exciting and urgent to buy games at the start of the generation when there hadn't been so many released yet. Now there's nothing exciting. Not that interested in Uncharted 3, played the first 2. Played enough shooters. Not even buying the yearly sports games anymore as I've just been disappointed. Only games I'll still buy are from Rockstar and maybe Quantic Dream's next game.

I haven't gotten a new game since last Christmas, nothing has came out since then that I cared to play.

The Ghostbusters game in the steam halloween sale. £1.75. Yay steam!

I got Child of Eden when it hit the ps3 but the last thing I got before that was Portal2.
As for the rest of the year, I only really plan on getting Saints Row 3 and my wife will probably pick up MW3.
I rent now, and since most games suck (one of the main reasons I rent), I only buy one or two games a year.

The last game i bought was gears 3 ( yes, i was one of those people who went and got it at midnight on the 20th). And then this last june i got portal 2.
