My choice out of the ones on the list is Harley Quinn.

Ivy from Soul Calibur. Well, at least she was sort of a villian in the second game of the series (Soul Calibur was the second game of the series, the first game in the series was called Soul Edge for the Playstation).

I'd also pick her.

Thanks dude. If I did have to pick a lady from the list, I would probably be Eve from the Parasite Eve games. Would mating with her create an Ultimate Being that could destroy humanity? Yeah. But I'd probably still hit that. (In case if anyone tries to point out to me, yes I know, if she were to conceive a child normally, the child would die due to the father's genetic material. Thus why she needed genetically modified sperm. I do remember the plot of the game.)

As for other villians I'd consider. Jihl Nabaat from Final Fantasy XIII. She's like a sexier and slightly older version of Quistis from FFVIII, with those glasses and blonde hair of hers. Plus she has a decent rack.

Sucks they kill her off half way through the game. I wanted more of her in it's story.

Other than her, I think Sylvanas is pretty bad ass.

I'd send one to Yasuri Nanami. The fact that she has a petite body can be overlooked. She just has the power, skill and knowledge to tear apart her opponents once they show her their moves. (Can't help the S.B. reference) She would be the perfect queen to be my master....

No love for the Lord of Terror? That dude is in DIRE need of a hug! Being killed repeatedly,having to possess the one that killed him constantly,always being overshadowed by the Lord of Destruction,and akways having to babysut the Lord of Hatred? That man REALLY needs a hug.
EMERGENCY EDIT:My eyes hate me today...I didn't notice the word female...Disregard the above.
FEMALE picks would be Ultimecia or The Judge of Wings. Ultimecia because,although she has powers that would annihilate me in short order,she has the "Lost Puppy" appeal to her, because of her backstory. The Judge of Wings because,well,underneath all that armour is a kind and innocent Viera. She's just being manipulated. You know what? I'll take a THIRD pick as well! Rose,the Dragoon of Darkness. Although TECHNICALY she's a protagonist,she is,in actuality,Dart's original antagonist,which qualifies her. Reasoning? In the FMVs shat she's featured in,she looks fairly cute. Furthermore,she is a "Take no Bullshit" person. VERY RARE IN MODERN GAMES,AS FAR AS FEMALES GO! (In my experience)
Bonus points if you guess what game the third girl is from!
