quick Gen III Pokemon question.

Reliving my nostalgia, I just acquired a copy of Leaf Green for my DS.
Joyfully grinding to get that pikachu in Viridian forest (I got it!) and taking on Brock with a Charmander.

But as a kid I always feared something,
When a pokemon gets enough exp to gain 2 levels, say from 7 straight to 9 will he still learn a move that was set for level 8? Or will he skip learning that?

I know in Pokemon White this is not an issue, but 2 generations ago things were slightly less....fair.

Can anyone answer this question that I have since I was a little kid playing Red.

Yeah you will still learn the move. If you get enough exp. at once to go up more than one level it will go through each level one by one until it stops counting up you exp.

I was so paranoid back then about missing stuff, guess the nostalgia brought that back as well
