What are like like? Are they expensive? Quick?
The eject button on my PS3 is faulty and the email team seem to have an automatic response to all e mail queries "please call this number ...", which begs the question why have an e mail service.
I was thinking of getting a new PS3 but the one I have is BC, so getting rid of it would be stupid.
