Quick, simple forum question

How do embed pictures into my posts? Like, say, I wanted to put a picture of a dolphin under this for whatever reason. How would I do such a thing?

But to sum it up, it's just like using bold or italics. You have to use [ and ].

[ img ]*insert direct url of image you're trying to link [ /img] and then take the spaces out
