Spoilyspoilyspoilyspoiler:

So you can decapitate people.
There is an app perk for that.
You can (permanently) ressurect someone.
Yes, there seems to be a spell for that, too.
Conjuration Master, I think, have only read about it, so far.
There is a perk where you can summon/resurrect two things/corpses/atronachs.

Could you run around with two resurrected creepy half naked, headless bandit zombies, then?
Or could you give them Daedric Armor (put it on their body) and then ressurect them?
What would happen to the helmet? Would they be damaged if they got hit in the head (or the place above the head which no longer exsists?) Would Magic Enchanments of the helmet still apply?

Would be quite the entourage, wouldn't it?
Maybe adding Lucien Lachante's ghost and shadowmere would be a nice addition.

[questions]

So, can anybody check that out?
Is this possible?
Does these thoughts make me a creepy serial killer beheading and reanimating local bandits in real life now?

[hr]
Yes, I know this is almost obligatory now:

I used to be a creepy pervert like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee.

I don't know why I haven't tried this yet. But thank you, I will be trying this at the next available opportunity. Unfortunately for you, I'm currently watching Pirates Of The Caribbean, so that won't be for at least 2 hours. More if I decide to marathon it.

Take your time! But send my some delightful screenshots! :)

In any case, I want to know if it works, so I have to focus on one-hand combat! I'm running out of Perk-Points...

It doesn't work unfortunately. If you decapitate someone, the resurrect spell just doesn't do anything. No message like "[person] is too powerful for [spell]" or whatever. Nothing happens at all, simple as that. Pity, I guess we'll have to wait for the mod to come out.
EDIT: Oh, as for accessorizing your zombies. You can obviously take their clothes before you resurrect them, but they won't wear armour. At least, Ysolda in Whiterun didn't, I don't know if bandits would. I doubt it, as the zombies would have different AI to companions, and obviously they won't equip better armour while they're a corpse. So, naked zombies, yes. Daedric equipped zombies, no.

And that really really needs to become a mod! and like the Oblivion companions mod have more than just 1 or 2... Walk into courtyard and the horde of undead get to work...

I would love to be able to roll a necromancer. I would never attack an enemy, all I'd need is for the timer on zombies and the limit to be dropped. Would be hilarious fun. Already have five or so character archetypes just waiting to be rolled.

In Oblivion I used the companion mod and had 6 companions with me at every raid plus the huge reflect enchantments my armor had all i did was loot corpses and chests and watch the slaughter. collecting herbs for potions... tell them to get to work and they collect all the herbs in the area.

But I want an undead horde, when the enemy kills off a few I just replace them with there fallen comrades, never lack a steady supply of minions to do my biding.

Dammit Bethesda, hurry up and release that toolkit. I want my undead horde noooow. Imagine your elation when you come across a powerful enemy, like a Dragon Priest. And then dismay as he kills half your horde before they bring him down. Come to think of it, a mod for uber-resurrection spell may be necessary as well, I doubt any spell in vanilla Skyrim will let you resurrect a Priest... But, until there's mods for all this I guess I'll have to occupy myself with the builds that are actually possible.

Skeleton Dragon Army anyone???

Ressurection is underrated.

First we need to start small with an army of three Cavebears, then frost trolls and then some high level characters.

That's what I don't understand in this game. I can pull out Incinerate Spells out my characters Orcish arse without ever running out of Magicka, but nooo... 1. Zombie-limit (2. with supadupa perk) and 60s duration because otherwise the game-mechanic would be broken.
I've never seen such a limited arch mage.

Console commands to the rescue. Just need the faction code for resurectable. Possibly through help but most likely through looking over the files themselves

addtofaction or addfac

Adds the selected actor to a faction. Valid numbers for the faction rank vary, but 0 will always add the actor with the lowest possible faction rank and -1 will remove the actor from the faction.

E.g. addtofaction 0005C84D 1 will add the selected NPC to the PotentialFollowerFaction, giving the NPC all necessary dialogue to be selected as a new follower. E.g. Addtofaction 19809 1 adds an NPC to the marriage-faction, allowing players to marry this NPC.

I just recently completed the Conjuration Ritual Quest, and I'm trying to get enough magic/perks that reduce mana cost to use them. Once I do, I fully intend to roll around with 2 Dremora Lords named Harm and Hurt, and my current follower, Benor.

Though if you only do the first part of Barbas's quest, he'll stick around with you, too, raising your party number (potentially) to 4. Also, he's invincible. Unfortunately, he has a nasty habit of nudging you constantly, making cliff-walking a dangerous thing.

I think this follower "limit" will soon be unmodded, but you are playing the xBox version methinks - so you're Idea of 4 followers might be quite accurate. You could start other quests where you'd be given more followers. Like
Esbern,Delphine, Maurice Jondrelle
and some others...

This seems like one of those "experiments" you build up in your mind while playing and wonder if you could do. Put some resources into it, and realize for one reason or another you can't.

I did that a lot in Oblivion.

Really interested in it though.
Hope it works.
I'd go with two headless zombies with no weapons and wearings rags, just for realism.

I'm also now forced to wonder... if I did raise a headless zombie (which I plan to do next time my Dremora Lord decaps someone), and I gave them a hat or helm... would it sit on their neck-stump? Or float above it?

Hmmmmmm...

/wishes the clock at work would go faster so he could go home and try these experiments.
