Steam is having a 50 percent off sale on the aforementioned game and I'm praying my craptop can run it. It wants a 3ghz processor (I have a 2 ghz dual core) and an intimidating looking graphics card I don't have. Are there small options like decreasing the resolution (a lot) and turning off certain shader effects and stuff? I really want this to run on my Vista laptop, so anyone who has played it, your help is greatly appreciated.

You just bought a romhack in the form of a game. And you can tune it down slightly, but not much. But please, do yourself a favor and dont buy it. You are spotted at once when you shoot a single shot. Enemies can see you trough bushes about 500 metres awawy. The shooting is terrible((sniping is good enough, but other suck)) and about 50 thousand other problems too..

...Looks pretty though.

Honestly, just try the demo. I did, and I made up my mind within 5 minutes of trying. It is a flat out, horrible game.

No. I wouldn't even waste my time trying.

Laptop GFX cards are significantly underpowered, so no dice there.

Also, it's asking for a *3 Ghz Dual-core* as it is, so your 2 Ghz dually is going to get its' face mashed into the floor.
