Quickly! Look in the "Big Book O' Medicine", it's in the "c"s.
I'll wait.
It's Korsakov's, isn't it?
Is there a doctor in the house Escapist?

Yeah, no, cause that wouldn't cause the psychosis or the joint pain.
We should do a patient history, and search their home and work.

I think the patient should stop taking crack right before a medical evaluation.

Also the patient should share.

Also, check for heavy metal poisoning, or for organo-phosphates.
(By the way, this should play out like a real House episode, so throw us some more interesting stuff so we can solve it!)

Edit: Wow, searched WebMD with those symptoms, and the first thing to come up? Lupus. Also, substance abuse.

Patient has no history of drug abuse or an otherwise risky life style. Work was clean, however we did find a strange weed growing in his yard....

Heres a picture we took

Yes, I would like some more interesting things to ''examine'', also if this plays like a real episode of house, shouldn't you get it relocated to the forum games hell hole?

Also, crack!

Does he have any allergies?
It could be Datura.
Do a family history for any genetic problems.

No allergies, However history of cancer on his mother's side of the family. Most likely unrrelated as it was breast cancer...

No, it's confirmed Datura, a.k.a. Thorn Apple.
Clear his system of the Datura and he'll be better shortly.

(I'm gonna call it a 'he' for ease of use.)
