Imagine you could mentally 'quicksave' in real-life, and 'quickload' whenever you wanted.
This is kind of a spin on a Groundhog day-style ability, but you're the one in control.

Would you tell others about this power?
Would you use it to help yourself or others?
Would you save frequently (eg just before a lottery draw, then load once you've seen the result) or very rarely (save when you're ten years old and load when you're seventy)?
Do you think it would change your perspective on life?

You only have one quicksave slot, and if you die you obviously can't quickload.

Sigh. Scratch the above, I hate people who duplicate threads, and now I've done it myself!

Clearly didn't use the right search terms the first time!

What is this? Thread maker remorse? Unheard of!

Anyway...if I did have I would rob more bans and see if I could get away with it.

Kudos for acknowledging that you are a follow-up! Much better than silent denial.

I would use it before trying something new. Then, I'd know what to do differently! For example: I'd get perfect scores on all of my exams!

I would think that having a large button implanted into your skull reading F10 would be a bit of a giveaway. Unless this is some sort of telekinetic power.

Chick walks away.

*Quickload*

Me: Hey, I like your top.
Chick walks away...

Quicksave before lottery.

Quickload after lottery with knowledge of winning numbers.

Repeat until people get pissed off that you win every lottery.

This is a good question. I guess i'd win the lotto first, then spend half my money on helping others. I would tell a partner about this but no one else seeing as so many problems could arise from telling people. I think i would save frequently so that if i said something really bad to someone and i regretted it i could fix the problem. It would definately change my perspective on life anyway, it would change totally.

I liked thinking about this, but thanks for giving me the question :)
