Sperm whales are called Sperm whales because of the fluid they contain in the upper part of their head. Upon dissection it looks like a huge mass of sperm. However scientists later found it isn't sperm, but is instead just a thick viscous material the whale needs to maintain bouyancy and stability in the water!

Oh! And Sharks have a constant amount of teeth all through their life. Whenever one falls out another one regrows.
Ah! Giant squids can not come to the surface, their bodies can't handle the lack of pressure so they basically explode when they get to the surface. It's a miracle the ones they found aren't all "poof".
Errrrrm....a non- aquatic related fact....ah nuts, I can't think of one.
