Every movie, TV show or video game has a number of memorable quotes, which in the context of the film makes the story more dramatic or serious, or the characters more badass.

However, while these lines can be serious or sombre, when taken out of context, and just used in general conversation, they can be amusing and funny.

I want you to think of movie or video game quotes that would fit this description.

My personal favourite is "you took my father's sword!"

Saying that out loud always makes me laugh.

Someone said that to me today. I replied;

"Arn't we all?" Somehow it confused him.
