Well, after no updates for a month, the series' banner has finally been taken out of the side of the main page.
This came, as I'm sure the show's only other fan remembers, after a bloopers episode that was itself a week late, and the promise of a new update schedule that required the blooper episode that week.
Peter Gehm's Twitter still lists CCM among the things that he runs (and hasn't at any point mentioned its cancellation or any reason for its delay), however, so there's still the smallest chance that the series will be resurrected. (Yay?)
I was, admittedly, a fan, because while it was nothing but a glorified Pokemon/Yu-Gi-Oh! parody, it did so fairly well and was just getting going when everything stopped. As the Escapist's policy is not to reveal anything on these matters, unfortunately, looks like we'll never know.
Thoughts on the series, what appears to be its demise, and/or random rants at the shows which you consider to be he worst on here are welcome, although not necessarily encouraged.
