Has anybody bought this game yet? I was slightly interested in getting it but wasn't sure whether to get it or not. Is it a good RTS? There aren't many on the Xbox 360.

IGN gave it an 8/10, but i wanted and general view from other people.

I played the beta, and believe me , you could just play company of heroes whilst watching the game through a pair of binoculars.

Get Mafia II instead of this, it's pretty immersive.

I concur with this statement. By no means avoid IGN reviews per se, just don't take them as the be-all-and-end-all of a game.

I would recommend going to youtube and looking up gameplay footage of the game (like I did) and seeing if you can find what you're looking for there.

Imo, it looks pretty good, but i'm not really into RTS's, so thats all I can give you beyond an uneducated and possibly biased opinion of a game I havn't played

I played a bit of the beta on Steam, and it seemed to be a pretty darn good RTS. I don't remember much about except that there were some unorthodox resource-gathering, and that my computer was completely unable to handle the graphics.

It's decent on PC but for the love of God don't get it on 360. I might be over-reacting but I got the demo on my PC, played it, enjoyed it alot. Got it on 360 and it was just the PC version but everything wasn't as good. RTS's and console controls don't really mix.
