Yeah, I think there's two main types of racism, ignorant racism and race hate, and I'd equate this, as a mild form of ignorance, just like the hilariously overblown 'Big Brother' scandal, over here in the UK, where terms like paki were used because they were frustrated by their inability to match th indian woman in an argument so just went for the easy points by being offensive.
I find it kind of strange when, in a news story a couple of years ago, I think it was Cheryl Cole, from Girls Aloud and the X Factor, violently assaults a black woman cleaner in a nightclub bathroom when drunk, and what is the main point of the article? That she called her a 'black *****'?
I'm sorry, but calling a black person black is now considered 'worse' than punching a woman in the face? Again, I sense it's a lack of verbal ability and frustration in not being able to communicate well that makes so many thick people revert to violence and racism, because they can't put together a decent comeback.
Of course, while we have 'newspapers' like the Daily Mail running headlines such as 'New strain of cancer caused by immigrants, lowers house prices and overfills your wheely bin' ot '95% of world's foreigners now in Britain claiming benefits', it's not going to go anywhere while there's easily swayed idiots
