To cut this short, im buying a Radeon HD 5670 Graphic Card. Im just wondering, where can i gets it for cheap in the UK? (Without ordering it online would be prefered).
So far ive seen it at £119 at PC World, but we all know they rip you off.

Online is by far your best shot unless you can find some small computer shop that has it or will order it for you. If the UK's big electronic stores are anything like the US's, you won't get a good price unless they are running a sale or a rebate thing.

Like others have said get it on-line. At the very least find out what it costs on-line and see if you can haggle a store clerk into selling it for less. I have had moderate success in haggling hardware into the same price as on-line or cheaper. Never tried with a video card but it's worth a shot.

I didnt say im banned from online shopping, just i prefer going into the shop and buying it there and then. That is the best deal ive seen mind, cheers!

You have to add £10 for postage, but that pays for next day delivery...assuming you order before 5pm(I think). So if you're impatient, you won't be left waiting long.
