WHEN not if the Radioactive Super Mutants apocalypse happens you are baricaded in a room, your only companion is your damaged ps3/360/pc and Radioactive Super Mutants are begining to get through your baricade. In a moment of desparation before all is lost you weep openly and promise your soul to whoever saves you, with an almost predictable flash, lucifer apears in front of you and offers you a deal; "I will save you from the apocalypse by granting you the powers/abilities of one character from video gaming."
