Rage Blurryness

I been playing rage for a week now and I noticed a lil glitch. When your turn around the textures seem blurry for a second then sharpen. once a texture is in your sight its fine, but for a short time its blurry

I have a geforce 570 graphics card with the latest drivers

I have never seen this problem in a 3D game before, you look at a texture it take a second to focus,, you look away, another texture takes a second to focus,, you look back,, ect..

its astounding that big developers like ID and Bethesda would let a game go out with this obvious flaw. and telling their users,, its your video card or your driver not our problem.
