I do it in L4D2... that game's hit detection is so shit, a zombie could be standing next to you, hitting your left foot and killing you, while you have no way to shove it off or move anywhere, because, you see, damage slows you down and the melee attack doesn't count around your feet for some random reason. And all this because you emptied the clip, and you specifically have to wait for the reload animation to stop, which is a damn second AFTER you CLEARLY, VISUALLY see that the weapon was FUCKING ENTIRELY RELOADED. Not to mention the hit boxes are off from what you actually see, thus the headless zombie bug is born.
