Random Access Memories by Daft Punk coming 21st of May.

No you're not dreaming, this is very real. After years of speculation and waiting, some real information has been released regarding their 4th studio album with name, tracklist -names if you'd like- [https://twitter.com/ColumbiaRecords/status/324248558196908032], cover and release date.

Spoiler: It is called Random Access Memories and has 13 songs in total. Album cover within spoiler.

While I am bit sad to see their iconic logo gone, and as ironic as it is to have their mask for fame and stardom become the very image of their fame and stardom, it's refreshing to see something new and unexpected. Less is more, or is this just dull? Thoughts?

Definitely excited for this one. I think it should be interesting to see what effect (if any) recent trends in electronic music have on Daft Punk. Hopefully this album has as much groove as Human After All did.

Aside from a few tracks, i did not like that album as much, i did the previous.

That said, this loop reminds me of Homework and Discovery.
Which is good.
The world could use some more Daft Punk.

I'm going to pre-order the vinyl and the CD so I can have all the editions. The two samples were more than enough to convince me that this is a return to form for Daft Punk.

Yeah I am SO pumped/ excited/ hyped up from listenning to that latest ad! It just sound so Daft Punk! Heck I have been checking Youtube every hours to see if someone had uploaded Get Lucky since I've read the single is suppose to be up this week (I think).

It is indeed supposed to come out sometime this week. I want to listen to it with the album, I'm that kind of guy , but I may not be able to resist >.>.

Prime Time is great! A little creepy but definitely good. My all time favourite is Robot Rock. It's insane how kickass that track is.
