Ok so for the last 4 days my computer has been crashing randomly and I have to do a manual restart and I can't figure out why.
Oh and can sombody tell me how to find my specs so I can show them here.

EDIT: My computer hasn't crashed in a few hours, I ended all the processes that were not essential for windows to run that were in my task manager except for a few (things like processes for my graphics card, sound card, my browser and steam). Hope this is useful information.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU @ 2.66GHz 2.67 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64 bit Operation system (Windows 7 Ultimate)
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4850
