This is a place for you to simply post whatever you're listening to these days and share your thoughts on it.

Currently I'm listening to High on Fire's latest album, Snakes for the Divine. It's not quite as muddy sounding as previous efforts, which is actually somewhat of a detriment to the style they play, but the playing, song writing, and overall vibe of the album is great. Pike's guitar work continues to impress and is criminally underrated. Dez's drumming is tribal and powerful, as always, and Jeff Matz's bass playing is solid and actually quite audible on this release. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 for now.

Song from Enter Shikari's new mini-album. Tribalism has 2 new songs, the rest are just remixes and b-sides etc. Thumper is bloody brilliant, can't get it out of my head.

I must say I really do want this, being a big Sleep fan. I've only heard them a couple of times and I've loved it, so, it's a must buy for me.
Anyway, currently listening to this.

Recently I've been getting into more progressive bands, but my absolute favorite prog band is and always will be Jethro Tull.

I'm not sure if it's because I really do like them so much or simply because any band with a flute player in it is awesome on my eyes, but this is probably my most listened to song of the month.

My current favourite song.

My current Shuffle playlist:
Best of Bon Jovi
Rise Against (Siren Song, Sufferer, Appeal)
Green Day (AI, 21CB)
assorted single tracks by the above
My Chemical Romance (Black Parade)
System of a Down (Toxcity, Steal, Hypnotize)
Lostprophets (every album except Thefakesound)

Most of those albums have been bought in the last few months.
