No, I don't.
In fact, I haven't cried since I was 8 years old.
I think it's quite sad that I can't cry, but I have no idea why I can't.
It's not a masculinity-thing, I just don't experience great amounts of sadness even when horrible things happen.
Being emotionally dead sure takes the fun out of living.

I get this urge all the time, as well at the urge to giggle uncontrollably or destroy things in a fit of rage. Then again, I have major mood swings that are somewhere nearing hypomania.

I recommend flaxseed. It helps with mood swings :)

You might be depressed. Ever heard of dysthymia? It's where you're in a state of mild to moderate depression for years at a time. I had this when I was a teenager, and because I was so used to being in that state, I had no idea I was suffering from depression. I thought everyone felt the way I did. The emergence of crying spells could be a sign that the depression is worsening. I would recommend going to see your doctor. They have a nifty test they use to decide if someone is depressed. It might be nothing, but better safe than sorry.

Edit:

It's not really a Random urges to cry but sometimes I do some... er... "crying therapy".

Without being emotionally dead, I'm not the type to let out negative feelings out (when I get angry, sad, so on) and usually keep them inside. And as not to go insane while bottling it all up, I occasionally imagine some impossibly sad scenario of some sort to let it all out, sometimes I just happen to stumble on a really sad scene in a movie and voila, mental balance restored for the while. Yeah I know it sounds kind of pathetic...

Yeah, been there and... ummm, I'd guess you are really depressed. I know I was when that happened to me. I did not perceive it as random, cause actually there were some associations coming from the outside world that made me cry very very often (music, objects, random uncontrolled memories). Plus I was very stressed at the time, very very stressed. I think it's not random, but only you know your emotional state.
And friendly advice: *yells at you* do something before it gets worse! Seriously, ask for help, it's nothing to be ashamed of.

I feel this when the subwoofer isn't making wierd noises from my dubstep fetish..

I hardly cry, mind, when I do, it's cause something has happened so emotionally extreme I need to let it out.

Who cares if it "de-mans" me, girls still love me and I'm still rspected, I do these moments in private though.

Recently, that's happened to me a lot. I would let it happen, but it's usually in a public place, so not really appropriate.

I don't really have the urge to randomly cry, but if I'm stressed out or sad already, it doesn't take much to trigger the crying at all. The sadness of others can set me off too.

Not randomly, no. That sounds like something you should check out. Anyway, I'd only feel the need to cry if I was really sad or I'm watching a Pixar film.
