Aaah RB6V2... I love this game. I really do. Yet there's just something about it that I need to rant about and that is cheating.
Oh no-no not other players, that's just them using dark tactics, but the real cheater is the AI, particularly in Terrorist hunt. In all fairness I prefer to play on realistic with about as much armour on as silky smooth underwear can provide, but the difference between that and looking like a tank is about half a bullet's worth.
Anyway while this game is glorious in all its shining glory of glory-fullness, while it has you distracted it'll kick you in the shins and laugh at you. The AI has the uncanny ability to shoot where they're not looking or aiming or both. For example, if you sneak up to a corner and see an idle terrorist scum under 5 meters away, when you lean out you'd better pray to the light that your first bullet hits his head AND kills him because if it doesn't before the AI can lift their gun or even look at you, a bullet has flown out of the barrel at a 175degree angle to fly out and give you a free nose piercing as well as the remainder of your head before they shout "GET THEM!" or "I SEE YOU" although you're already well dead and currently in the process of repainting the floor.
I'm not sure how the aggro system works as such in this game but when an enemy spots their target, if they don't do as norm and take cover, they'll instead run at barely subsonic speeds to get them, and if one of these passes by you and you take a shot ? if it misses they stop immediately in a flinch. Before either carrying on or killing you while their back is turned to you. Even if you blind fire, you could hit them several times and all they'll do is dance around alittle before the dreaded CLICK OF DEATH you get when they shoot a single bullet from the weakest smg possible and somehow hits your hand in such a way it causes your brain to explode and die.
Another issue is what I call "Ghosting" when joining a server it can be the case that I see an enemy in an exact spot and line up my headshot right in the middle of his forhead when actually my shot misses because in the host game, that AI is actually about 2ft to either side. Cheating terrorist scum!...
So yeah. Besides this I really do love to play this game.
