The name comes from the game Blazblue, in which one of the characters rides an icicle into the enemy. It was dubbed "Ice Car" and was also a spammable move in the first game. (Think of it as the Shoryuken of Blazblue) I mainly picked it because I wanted to change names and this one sounded the best.
