Raven Designer Declares a Wolfenstein-Madden Showdown

I would buy Wolfenstein, but I feel I have taken to much of a scolding from remakes of old games to last me a long time. Plus I have already spent my self inflicted gaming allowance for this year

No way I'm playing full price for a pre-order now. Ever since those guys managed to make a Quake game that missed the point so much it impaled itself on a blunt rocks, I must say I have to doubt them.

Pretty ballsy challenge. A shame it's not going to happen though, Madden 10 is on five platforms and sold over 2 million copies last year.

Yeah 2 million copies is impressive. But the second sentence on in the article reads "in the month of August", so they don't mean total lifetime sales. It just needs to outsell it for a week or two, which is still a pretty big order to fill.

Either way, I don't fancy it's chances, Madden is one of those established franchises that just boom on release. He knows it's not going to happen.

I remember hearing about some stupid match between Kanye West and 50 cent. The gist was that if 50 cent's upcoming album sold less than West's, he would retire from the industry.

West sold more....50 is still in the industry...

Its all a gimmick.

You know, I knew he wasn't going to stick to his word, but I still hoped deep down that he would...

Oh well, he's hardly about nowadays anyway.

Copyright restricted, but I'm assuming you mean the recently released tracks? That's all from his proposed final studio album. Before those, what was the last track he released? He's hardly about like he used to be.
