Some songs just have that little bit... extra...

Some songs have that overall aura of completion and gravitas, of power.

Some songs can give you the feeling that the world is no obstacle if you can capture what they convey.

What does this for you?
Don't forget spoiler tags, and there are no wrong responses. Except Justin Bieber.

This would be the song I want to be playing whenever I enter a room

Anyone else assume this was a thread about the Iggy and the Stooges album?

Personally I always preferred Fun House.

Dah, such a shame about Opeth's vocals, they're all that put me off, but the so so very effectively.

It's not a fault with their music, rather it's a problem with my ears.

I've got a couple that amp me up:
Benezin - Rammstein
Walk Away - Dropkick Murphies

/Not gonna link. You're smart cookies, you'll find them.

People always look at me funny when I (a conservative) like a liberal band like Rage Against the Machine. I just like the aggressiveness of their songs that they use to get their point across.

In response to Bloodbath, I always think that the song 'Deify' by Disturbed will start playing when the intro ambience starts xD

Music shouldn't be reduced to what message it conveys, for example Slayer aren't Satanists, despite what the lyrics would have you believe.

Not saying I like your taste in music, but if it's what gets you going, fair enough.

-Sorry for double post.

Ahaha, ADM... Funny stuff, and their little songs without music are even more hilarious.

"I AM THE GOVERNATOR"

Hey, TerribleAssassin, what do think of the halfway house between Thunder and heavier stuff:

Edit: not so much a halfway house as a 3/4 way house, sorry.

And lol at the mountain song, genius - not quite hilarious, not quite horrifyingly terribad, but that awkwardly amusing precipice in between ^^

I looove "Walk Away."

I was gonna link "Set Me Free" By Gatja, but I couldn't find a Youtibe version that was complete. Ah well.
