I downloaded it and played it about 4 times last night. It seems to be everything we loved about Origins: mechanics, beautiful art, etc, with the imagination cranked up to 11. I wasn't too glad that I had a Wii U until I saw what imaginations like Ansel's can do with the technology. No doubt a day 1 purchase. Here's a video, keep in mind that the music is the actual music from the gameplay. (Sorry if this looks like an advertisement but I just had a big stupid grin on my face the whole time I played, which hasn't happened in a while).

I recently beat Origins and loved it. Except the chest levels.
That banjo music will play in my personal hell.

I hope they do not put those missions in again. Other then that as long as the game looks, Feels, and sounds great I will support them.

Words cannot express just how much I want a Wii U, just for this one game alone.

Rayman Origins is probably the best co-op experience I've ever had with a videogame. My friends and I must have spent the best part of a whole day just trying to complete the final level, it was so bastard hard.

And yes, Castle Rock looks absolutely brilliant. Am I right in thinking that the final game has a whole bunch of music-based levels? Seems like too awesome a concept to leave to just one level.

And dammit, now I've got Black Betty stuck in my head again...
That was my favorite part in Origins too. It's funny because my wife and I tried NSMBU co-op and it was quite frankly a frustrating mess, accidentally bouncing each other into pits and getting in each others way. Origins was just sublime, where things naturally fell into place and we were helping each other get things done. It felt the way co-op should. Not to mention, Origins had a great difficulty curve, it being an actual curve and all.
