Razor Spark Scooter... soon to be lawsuits?

OK watching some cartoons a little while ago showed a commercial for a new kids scooter that can emit sparks on the tail of the scooter...

Now my first thought of how stupid of a product this is.. then i thought of the dangers and the soon to follow lawsuit..

my problem with this, is what happens when the first kid sets something ablaze with his or her cool little sparks...

dont know if this could actually happen... but it seems very possible..

what your thoughts?

I myself was wondering the same thing, considering that these days toys can't have a single flaw that can hurt and/or kill someone without inducing the wrath of a thousand soccer moms.

I'm guessing that these things have been through enough testing to ensure this wouldn't happen

lawl law suit in the making right there. I give it 2-3 months before it burns down a house or sometihng like that. maybe more because its almost winter so probably a year.

Hmm. I wonder if kids will be allowed to ride them during extreme fire danger days?
