RE5 controls....

So, I was under the impression that somewhere someone had stated that you COULD move and shoot at the same time and only reason it was not in demo was because that was an older build....Now other forms and people in general seem to be angry that its not actually there...My question is did Capcom ever make a claim saying that it would have the "Dead space" control set up or was that just wishful thinking?

Also, I'm getting RE5 no matter what, this is more me wondering if peoples anger is justified.

it was stated that the controls would be like dead space were you could walk and shoot but i guess they wanted to atempt to make you scared
