Technically, Mythbusters is reality tv, as it is unscripted with real people, so I'm gonna go with that.
Sure I may be skirting the bounds of what is generally called "reality tv", but Mythbusters is so good I don't care.

It all sucks.

If by "reality" you mean overplayed drama for the sake of the cameras.

Fuck, what happened to you, Discovery Channel?!

These days, not much. Several years ago, there were a few shows that interested me though. I religiously watched the first season of Survivor but quickly got bored and haven't followed it since. The only other two I ever got in to were Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_Illustrated_Swimsuit_Model_Search] (because my college roommate and I liked gawking at the women) and Combat Missions [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combat_Missions] (because that same college roommate and I thought the concept was pretty damn cool, even if we didn't know how scripted it was).

british realtiy TV isnt AS bad..well I mean when it isnt bad (you bastards and your big brother)

the problem with alot of American TV is that it handholds the audience into YOU SHOULD BE FEELING THIS WAY through music, sounds cues and jarring edits...to scared to let the audience think for themselvs

What Would You Do: Actors performing awkward and often possibly acts in public, to see how the person on the street reacts. One was a Coming Out to a homophobic dad, another was watching a person (Through a web cam) give her bank account to a "Nigerian Prince". What's interesting about the series is that we know who is fake from the get go; it's the actions of the people around them that makes it interesting.

Shark Tank: A talent show... about investing. Seriously.
