What are some bands you've just recently discovered but love? For me, I would have to say Edguy [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYFFAbyOSXY] and Hammerfall [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOmMZBZGBps], awesome metal bands and I can't get enough of 'em.

The last band I really feel in love with was the Foo Fighters, I know they're pretty well known but until a few months ago I never really listened to them, which is sort of funny because I've been a Nirvana fan for ages. But they're really great, I don't know how I lived without them.

Tegan and Sara, Matt & Kim and Gogol Bordello are the only bands I've only recently started listening to, but I really like them so hopefully that counts.

Even though it isn't really new (pretty old actually), I just started listening to William Shatner's album Has Been again. It is a really awesome album with some actually very heartfelt songs. Very few people believe me about how awesome it is.

I am really getting into Cage The Elephant right now they are a really good Blues inspired band that sometimes remind me of Beck(not the mongolian chop squad the indie Beck from the 90's)

I like them, hear them on 89X radio all the time, specifically "Ain't No Rest for The Wicked" My dad said they sound like White Stripes and while I kinda get where he's coming from, I just don't see it.
Speaking of White Stripes, I've gotten into Jack's other band, the Raconteurs (I think that's what they're called) Poor Meg, she must be lonely :(
Also, Flyleaf is a good band I've been listening to A LOT lately.
