I've been a fan of Tool for a while now, but just recently did I really start digging into A Perfect Circle [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrEP3RPgEao]. Turns out the band kicks fucking ass, it's basically Maynard, the singer from Tool with a bunch of people from other bands.

I have only heard their first album yet, The Thirteenth Step, but that album has some incredible lyrics based around drugs.

Ohhh I have that album, it's amazing

Hmmm...The last band I would say I got into would be Into Eternity [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mm-RGms9Kn0]. I really do love them.

Most of you will probably have heard these, they aren't exactly new. But I've just got into Nightwish and Evanescence, and they both rock.

Yeah same here for Nightwish, love their stuff. Nice to see someone else likes them.

Ye Nightwish are really popular. Hate all the crap about the new singer. Tis Very annoying.

Recently got into a fair bit of Gothic and Folk Metal. So Bands like Within Temptaion, Tristania, Sirenia, Epica, Eluviete (Pain in the ass to spell) Cruchan, Gesa, Primordial (Big Time)
