Recomend Me a RPG.

I'm on the 2nd disk of Final Fantasy 7, where Cloud has fallen into the lifestream, so I wondered, " What RPG am I going to play after this?"

I have a ps3, ps2, Sega Dreamcast, N64, Wii, DS and a PC.

I'm fairly new to RPG's, FF7 is the first time I played more than 10 hrs. into one, so i'm looking for a "Baby's first RPG" sort of thing.

I have played Kingdom Hearts, it was ok, as well as Oblivion. I didn't care for Demon's Souls either. Im looking for a traditional RPG, like turnbased.





I was just wondering what you guys had to say.

Turnbased RPG, eh? Magical Starsign for the DS. I never hear talk about that game, and oh my god I loved that game.

Turn based eh? Well you can't reaaly go wrong with Disgaea

Shin Megami Tensei. It's not really a "baby's first RPG" thing, but it's the only turn based RPG series I can recommend. (Unless you count the Disgaea franchise, but that's really more turn-based strategy than JRPG.)

Just a word of warning; do NOT play the original SMT for the SNES/PSX/GBA unless you have some kind of glossary saying which items and spells do what.

Persona 4 (never played 3 because it's damn impossible to get in my place, but people are recommending it as well, so you might check it). I spent over 75 hours to beat that game for the first time. And trust me, I don't waste that much time over weak games.

Not sure if Skies of Arcadia ever came out for ps2 but that was my very first RPG and I loved it. Failing that the Disgaea series is good, as is the Wild Arms series.

Ive heard good things but dont know anything about them.

hmmmmmm, if you felt adventurous maybe you could try the fallout games which are on steam for like $20.
skies of arcadia on the dreamcast maybe?

I bought 1 on steam last week!

I will put skies on my must play list.
