Recommend a Good but cheap Video Card

I am not looking for anything elite. I just want something that can play something like Portal 2 with medium/high Quality at about 30-40 frames a second at my screens full resolution.

I don't WANT High settings! Just a good 30ish frame rate at full resolution!

Pretty sure it can't be done on the set up you have. Or the one you want. Sorry but save up for a better computer, this includes new components. Build it yourself if you want to save money!

Oh, ok, so you want medium/high quality at 40fps.

Without hitting high settings?

Get the 520, it'll be an upgrade from what you have, just don't expect anything stellar.

EVGA superclocked? That's industry code for "This idiot can't work out how to overclock his graphics card even though there are step by step foolproof systems to do so" -_-

I daresay you're unlikely to get very impressive (even for a budget build) results from a 300W PSU alone. You could at least grab an $80 Corsair 600W and a Radeon HD 6870/GTX 560 TI...

First off, it's an AMD product, I don't do any further research on AMD cards beyond "does it need a PSU connector or not" because they're all shit.

Also, dude's got a budget of $40. I spend more than that in a week on coffee.
