Recommend a Mobile/PDA/Smartphone

Hi, Im new here so I thought I would post
The thing is, lately ive been looking to get a new phone but im looking for a cheap and descent one.. Any you guys got any advice or recommendations? xD Ive been looking at ebay and some seem cool but they dont really seem like there up to much heres an example:
