Has anyone said EpicMealTime yet?

if not:

EPICMEALTIME!

Not everybody's thing, but they're just so goddamn creative and fearless!

Otherwise, TheSloMoGuys

or if you're looking for something a little more niche: FrostyObsitnic. (recommended by the extra credits guys!)

TotalBiscuit - because he's the only person i can actually stand playing StarCraft2, plus he actually does some good job on his WTF series presenting indie and lower profile games.

Yogscast - Similarly as with TB. Never been fan of Minecraft myself but those guys make it at least look fun, plus all the Simon/Lewis Plays or their E3 trailers commentary are awesome.

OMFGCata - JesseCox brings that little bit of insanity that never hurts. Plus his colab with TB for Terraria is great thing to listen in background.

I tend to avoid "serious" discussion channels or anything along the lines. Why? Because that's not what i use youtube for. Got enough "serious" in my daily work life.
Great minds think alike, friend :)
There really isn't enough time in the day to watch everything these guys upload, tho.

Like HuskyStarcraft, except there are two of them, they're actually funny, and they actively engage with their community.

Well, I usually waste my time on 5secondfilms and collegehumor so...

Other than that, I usually just hit up random vids
College Humor release the video's on their site a month early, just in case you were interested...

For general stuff I'd recommend SxePhil-his news show is pretty darn entertaining

For gaming I'd recommend BlueXephos and their second channel, Yogscast2-Their Minecraft playthrouh is amazing, it starts out normal but by by the 8th episode there's a little village full of "npc's". In the second season they build masive floating cities and a pirate's bay and stuff. The only problem is it's a proper series so they have to be watched in order

For funny stuff I'd recommend CharliIsSoCoolLike- His video's are always hilarious but he doesn't upload very regularly at the moment. Interesting note- He just hit 1,000,000 subs. He did a video for it yesterday and when I powered up the old 'tube today there was a spotlight on the side for him as he's the first British channel to reach 1 million subs.

I can recommend one, SlyFoxHound [http://www.youtube.com/user/xXSlyFoxHoundXx]
He does videos on live gameplay, often recent games. Some CoD, a lot of Minecraft, currently a playthrough of inFamous 2 and mostly just random games. He is one of the only guys I know that truly does a good job at being hilarious while playing a video game. To top all that, he has by far one of the best small community's around him that I've come across.

Oh, wait one more, Igor Presnyakov [http://www.youtube.com/user/Iggypres] Does acoustic covers and is probably the best at what he does on You Tube.

(i spend very little time on the tube of you)
Damn you ninjaaaaaaaaaassss!!!

But seriously these guys are amazing. They have their own website for videos (www.smbc-theatre.com) and even a webcomic (smbc-comics.com). I'm probably gonna get a warning for advertising or something but it's worth it. Check em' out!
