Recommend me a cyberpunk game

I, like many of you, from time to time get bored of my games, and get too lazy to find some new ones. This time I want a cyberpunk game.

I thought Bioshock was the best game ever, and Dystopia's just dandy. I can't get enough Team Fortress 2, and I think the devs should be burtally murdered for making Modern Warfare.

With that in mind, would you kindly recommend me a cyberpunk game?

I'll just ignore the fact that you condemn people to death for not making something you like...

I'm not very experienced in the genre, and I don't really know much about it, but apparently there was a really good Blade Runner computer game back in the day.

I would hardly describe Bioshock as cyberpunk but whatever..

I was going to recommend Dystopia but I see you have already played that.
Deus Ex it is then, I don't know if it is classified as a cyberpunk game but you should try it nevertheless.
EDIT: Also System Shock 2, how could I forget that?

I haven't heard of the game, I saw about a second of one scene from the movie, and I've been stuck on these few pages for a really long time.

I only posted that list of games to give y'all a sense of what sort of games I like, if any Cyberpunk games are like them. OH, and I liek Fallout 3, Portal, Half-Life 2, Modular Combat, and Fistful of Frags.

System Shock and Deus Ex would qualify.

Shadowrun is Fantasy-Cyberpunk at its finest, but I heard the last game in that franchise sucked, so you might have to look for the older ones (like the SNES version)

The 1997 Blade Runner game was brilliant.

The Matrix games could be seen as cyberpunk, I guess.

Syndicate Wars was a lot of fun.

Can't really think of any great new cyberpunk games though.

Shadowrun... there's still a few hardcore players out there. Enough to still get into games and it's so cheap and fun it'll be worth it.

Well, I did recommend a game!

A much more obscure and lesser known game than the one you initially recommended, but it still counts!

[sub]How the hell did I forget System Shock as well?[/sub]

Not everyone has a commodore 64 you know..

Whatever.

"Yes they deserved to die, and I hope they burn in hell!"

Oh, wait, wrong courtroom reference...

I'll just run along now then.

Deus Ex.

Best cyberpunk game around. And if you like Bioshock, you'll love it.

Deus Ex, as said before. Avoid Deux Ex 2. It's a pale immitation of the first game. Deus Ex 3 (whenever it comes out) may have possibilities.

The OLD Shadowrun game was good, but I doubt you can get your hands on it. Avoid the NEW Shadowrun game like the plague. The 'geniuses' took a brilliant, dark, grimy setting full of intrigue, loyalty, betrayal, heroism, selfishness and general asshatt-ery... and turned it into a poorly done FPS. Well done. Bunny-clap.

System Shock 2 is also very good (but a bit dated now), and I didn't see it mentioned above.

Unfortunately, there's very few good cyberpunk games out there.

Wow, I thought I was the only one that heard of or played that game. Even after all these years I still have the sound of the elevators in that game stuck in my head. I wouldn't classify the game as really good though. It was ok.

There are other cyberpunk games BESIDES Dystopia?

Guess I'm too busy trying to figure out how that game works to look for more.
