So yeah, it's another one of these threads, deal with it.

So with Club Nintendo closure, it's high time to spend whatever points I have in the club (if only I did this sooner). I had a looked at the UK Club Nintendo and these three interests me the most-

https://club.nintendo.com/rewards-details/a/15515.do (7500)

http://www.mariowiki.com/Super_Mario_Galaxy:_Original_Soundtrack (3850)

http://nintendoeverything.com/club-nintendo-europe-adds-power-up-pouches/ (2500)

Problem is, I don't have enough (5500) so if I want to get the Game & Watch or the Soundtrack and the pouch, I think I would need to spend two or three more games since I think it's 500 points per game.

Since it is only a few months away, I can still buy a new released game like Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (got it preorder) but as far as I know there isn't any other 3DS games I really want (I rather wait for Majora Mask price to go down than to buy on release) other than that before June, the deadline.
So this is where you come in, mention a 3DS game that is fairly cheap (I prefered it to cost less than £30) as I don't want to forked out a semi full price game. I will look it up and decide if I will buy it or not. Also no I ain't going to buy cheap but awful kiddy gane either just for the code so the games has to be decent!

So far these are the games I have bought and played in the past-

Pokemon X and Alpha Sapphire
Fire Emblem Awakening
Pheonix Wright and Professor Layton Dual Destiny
Professor Layton: Miracle Mask (I haven't played it fully so don't mention Azure Legacy as I know that is a sequal to Miracle Mask)
Fantasy Life
Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
Animal Crossing: New Leaf

As for the types of games I'm into, I opened for all types of games and technical you can mention DS games but my DS collection is rather long!

Uhhhh, you've pretty much played the good ones....

Resident Evil Revelations is one of the best games in the series.
There's always the virtual console.

There's nothing wrong with tracking down copies of DS games to play. Lossa good choices there for cheap.

Really it'd probably be better if you used older Wii games and older DS games. You can still register those ones. You can also register GameCube games, but all you'll get is it added to your registered games list.

"Dumbstruck" Why the hell didn't I think of that???!!!! I mean yeah I did used the code from all of my DS games but my Gamecube and Wii?? Granted when I used SSBM code, the digits were shorter so it didn't worked (it so old that it was referring to NintendoVIP!)

Well ok, that only yield me 500 more points from Wii play and sport... (granted it wasn't a full checked) and they were 250 points each bringing my points to 6050... So yeah buying older games is probably the most cost effective solution if I want more points (granted at this points it seen like a total waste to buy so many games just for the points now).

Also I think I must had check the Wii games before since so far, they don't have the code slips in them or I was a complete idiot for throwing them out (I do remember not keeping hold of some in the past)!

You'd be surprised how many points old codes for certain games give you. For the American Club Nintendo, new games that are first party tend to give you 60-70 points maximum, with 3DS games usually giving a maximum of 40. I registered Kirby Superstar Ultra a few months ago, and got 30 points for it. Was rather surprised. That's how I've been getting Platinum for the last couple of years, I'd wait to register some of my games.
