Sounds like the only kind of RPG the OP likes is the type Bioware typically makes. Top-down perspective, pausable real-time combat, party-based, possibly with a cast of pre-built, likable characters going through prefab scenarios.
I asked for all true RPG recommendations, because I like good, true RPGs. Bioware makes some of the best RPGs, they are
not the "only kind of RPG the OP likes." Please don't assume that what I asked for is not what I want.
Why so self-defensive? I'm not
judging you, I'm just saying that 11/12 of those games you mentioned are basically a very specific type of RPG. You like to call them "true RPGs," apparently, which sort of betrays just how beholden you are to this type of RPG (it's like your saying anyone who enjoys a different kind of RPG is enjoying a "false RPG"). It's necessary in recommending a game to anyone to understand what
type of game they enjoy, and "RPG" ("true" or not) isn't as descriptive as the list the list you gave us.
I've got a recommendation for you. As coincidence would have it, I shelled out $7.50 last night for Space Wolves 3 off of Direct2Drive where it's being sold for 75% off at the moment. Much to my surprise, I discovered it was very much "Baldur's Gate In Space." Seriously. At $7.50, you can afford to take a chance on it. Though be forewarned that the interface is a bit cumbersome until you learn the ins and outs of it.
Probably no sense in eschewing Neverwinter Nights 2 while you're at it. Sure, it's got some down sides versus the original, but it has some up sides as well. Plus, if you hunt around a bit, you might find it being sold in a bundle that includes the expansions - that's a
lot of extra game hours. Not to mention a
ton of user-made content since (lets face it) the Neverwinter Nights series is basically a construction set for the kind of RPG you enjoy, although perhaps (like me) you find the AD&D mechanics a bit overly kludgey.
