Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is a great game, but copies are pretty hard to find. You can settle with BT2 as well. It has almost all the characters from DBZ, including almost all the movies. Tenkaichi 3 only added a few.
I'm regret getting rid of BT3, as it's hard to find a copy. It was an amazing game that refined 2's gameplay. I just miss the story cutscenes from 2 in it. Seriously, it's the best DBZ game I've ever played. I sunk at least 100 hours into it, solo.
OT MY recommendations:
-Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3
-Arc Rise Fantasia (Horrible voice acting, but a quality jRPG)
-Dragonball: Revenge of King Piccolo (great beat em up)
-Madworld (bloody, violent, hilarious, black and white hack n slash)
-No More Heroes and No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle (It's a Suda51 hack n slash, nuff said)
-Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers (The 360 Onechanbara game has a bad rep, but this is a great hack n slash, VERY underrated)
-Red Steel 2 (1 was a boring fps, 2 is a wonderful fps/hack n slash, with a cel-shaded cowboy samurai theme)
-Sin & Punishment: Star Successor ( the original was a JPN only N64 rail shooter, and the Wii version is all that and more. Bonus: the original S&P is available for download on the Virtual Console)
-Tale of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (sequel to the Gamecube Tales of Symphonia, this is a great, underrated RPG, with characters I could really relate to)
-Tatsunoko vs Capcom (A great fighting game that was on the tournament scene for a while. If you liked Marvel vs Capcom, you'll love this. MvC3's combat was a result of this game)
-Xenoblade Chronicles (It's being called the greatest jRPG of this generation, beating out multiple Final Fantasies, and many other big series, and almost didn't come to USA. Also really rare, it was only one one printing, as far as I know, and GameStop is the only distributor)
-Metroid Prime Trilogy (Metroid Prime 1, 2 and 3, all with Wii controls. Pretty rare, with used copies selling for $65 at GameStop, but worth it)
-Prince of Persia: Rival Swords ( It's PoP: The Two Thrones, with Wii controls. Pretty darn fun, too. )
