I've also been watching something lately called Rideback which is a good mix of Urban and Mecha genres.

Well, I've heard of Basquash before but I've never really checked it out. I won't lie, the concept sounded weird (mechas + basketball?) but the video you posted looks pretty cool. I need to put it on my "to watch" list.
Global Astroliner looks pretty awesome as well. I'm surprised I've never heard of it.

Didn't come to this thread expecting to get some suggestions, but man, I'm leaving happy.
